Lotus Journey Ladakh
Return to the simplicity of being.
In the vast silence of Ladakh's high mountains, where earth meets sky and stillness speaks, we invite you on a sacred 8-day journey home to yourself.
Modern life moves faster than our nervous systems were designed for. We've become experts at doing, achieving, optimizing — and strangers to simply being. This retreat offers something rare: permission to stop. To feel. To remember the part of you that doesn't need fixing.
Over eight days, we'll create a container for unwinding — through meditation, movement, breath, and the wisdom of Buddhist contemplation. Not to become someone new, but to return to who you've always been beneath the noise.

What Awaits You
This retreat weaves contemplative practice with cultural immersion. You'll sit in meditation halls of ancient monasteries, receive teachings from a Geshe, and cross the world's highest motorable pass into Nubra Valley. Days unfold with guided meditation, embodied movement (tai chi, qigong, yoga), breathwork, and therapeutic Thai massage. There's spaciousness for silence, journaling, and tasting traditional Ladakhi cuisine—balanced with time to simply be.
