personalized retreats in ladakh

An experience shaped around you.

We create personalized retreats for friends, families, and couples in Ladakh. Each retreat is based on restorative practices, with optional excursions and cultural immersion based on your preference. We prefer to connect on a short call first to understand what kind of experience you're looking for so we can design something that truly fits.

We offer two types of personalized retreats:

Deep Restoration Retreat:

This retreat is devoted entirely to restoration and relaxation. Take time to find stillness through meditation and mindfulness practices, and to expand through movement in the beauty of Ladakh. These retreats take place at Rabsal House in Leh, Ladakh, and can include restorative experiences such as meditation, yin yoga, tai chi, Thai yoga massage, and somatic self-inquiry.

Deep Restoration & Cultural Immersion Retreat:

For those seeking a deeper immersion into Ladakh, this retreat option combines our signature Lotus Beings retreat with a carefully curated selection of cultural experiences.

Alongside your daily practices of meditation, Tai Chi, Yin Yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and therapeutic bodywork, we invite you to experience Ladakh through its living traditions, spirituality, cuisine, and local hospitality.

Included Experiences:

Thiksey Monastery – Dawn Prayer & Meditation

Begin your day at the revered Thiksey Monastery, where hundreds of monks gather before sunrise for their morning prayers. Witness the powerful chants, ancient rituals, and the serene atmosphere of the monastery before joining a peaceful meditation overlooking the Indus Valley.

Gyab-Thago Heritage Home – Traditional Ladakhi Lunch

Step inside a beautifully preserved 200-year-old heritage home in Stok Village and enjoy an authentic home-cooked Ladakhi lunch. Hosted by a local family, this experience offers a meaningful glimpse into Ladakh’s architecture, traditions, and warm hospitality.

Chef Jigmet Mingur – Curated Culinary Experience

Dine with Chef Jigmet Mingur (The Ladakh Chef), a former Buddhist monk who combines monastic wisdom with Ladakh’s rich culinary traditions. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course Trans-Himalayan meal prepared with seasonal local ingredients. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available.

Namza – Silk Road Dining Experience

Experience Ladakh’s evolving culinary heritage at Namza, celebrated for reviving ancient Ladakhi and Silk Road recipes. Using locally sourced mountain ingredients, each dish offers a refined farm-to-table experience in an elegant setting, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.

This option is designed for those who wish to experience not only the inner transformation offered by our retreat practices, but also the rich cultural, spiritual, and culinary heritage that makes Ladakh truly extraordinary.
