Our Approach
Presence before technique
We don’t start with “doing,” but with how you are. Touch becomes effective when it comes from grounded presence.
Body as a whole system
Rather than isolated techniques, you learn to work with the body as an interconnected, living system.
Simplicity and depth
We focus on essential principles you can actually embody, rather than an overload of techniques.
Practice through experience
Learning happens through doing. You give and receive every day, integrating the work directly in your body.
