where you'll stayLe Mentok sits on the banks of the Indus River with a forest on one side and open Himalayan sky on the other. Its gardens grow much of what you'll eat. You will wake to birdsong and river, not traffic. Ten minutes from the airport and fifteen from Leh's main market, it is close enough to reach the valley's monasteries and markets with ease, and far enough to rest deeply between them.

The Itinerary
Day OneArrive & Settle
You arrive. Lunch together marks the beginning. The afternoon is yours to rest and acclimatize. After orientation and intention-setting, the group visits Shanti Stupa for a breathtaking sunset over Leh. The day closes with dinner and a seated meditation.
Day TwoGo Inward
Mornings open with meditation and Tai Chi, followed by time to rest or receive Thai yoga massage from our experienced practitioners. For lunch, we dine in a 200-year-old traditional Ladakhi home in Stok village for a heritage meal. The evening closes with nature journaling, candlelit restorative yin yoga, and meditation.
Day ThreePilgrimage to Alchi Village
After morning practice, the group leaves for Alchi Village — its 11th-century monastery, Tibetan market, and the slow water of the Indus — before lunch at Alchi Kitchen and the drive back for dinner and evening meditation.
Day fourPrayers at the Monastery & Thai Yoga Massage
Before sunrise, the group travels to Thiksey Monastery to sit with the resident monks as prayers begin. The day moves into a Thai Yoga Massage workshop, followed by Yin Yoga and a closing circle before dinner.
Day fiveFarewell
A final meditation and breakfast together, unhurried, before departures.
about the facilitatorsGillian brings seven years of international teaching experience to her work as a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, Thai massage therapist, and mindfulness teacher. Drawing from yin yoga, yoga nidra, Hakomi somatic psychotherapy, and Buddhist wisdom, her sessions are unhurried and attuned, designed to help the body release what the mind has been holding.
Grey works at the intersection of movement, therapeutic bodywork, and meditation, guiding people toward greater resilience, embodied awareness, and inner clarity. He brings two decades of embodied practice in martial arts, bodywork, and Buddhist meditation. His sessions are grounded, precise, and transformative.
Together, they hold space with care, experience, and warmth.
