Yes! Many participants come solo. The retreat naturally fosters connection and community. You'll never feel alone — but you'll also have plenty of space for solitude.

Most people adjust within 24-48 hours. We build rest and acclimatization into the schedule. If you have concerns, consult your doctor about Diamox before traveling. We'll support you every step of the way.

Yes! We encourage arriving 1-3 days early to acclimatize. We can recommend guesthouses in Leh. Staying after the retreat to explore Ladakh is also wonderful — just arrange your own accommodation.

Limited wifi is available, but we encourage you to embrace the digital detox. This is a rare chance to unplug and be fully present.

English. Some practices are silent or movement-based and transcend language. Basic Hindi, Ladakhi, or Tibetan phrases may be shared for cultural context.
